Student Wellness Programme- Super Brain Yoga


Times Foundation in association with Akshar Yoga is working on a focussed initiative to improve the educational experience of school-going children. As part of the Student’s Wellness Program, schools can avail free Super Brain Power Yoga sessions for their students. Super Brain Power Yoga is essentially a form of breathing technique used to balance both hemispheres of the brain and bring energy up to the brain.
