India For Kerala


As Kerala battles its worst floods in almost a 100 years, that have claimed hundreds of lives and put lakhs in relief camps, the Times Network has launched a campaign ‘India For Kerala’ to help rebuild the lives of the affected.

The purpose of this initiative is to create awareness about the mega crisis that the state of Kerala is facing and bring together efforts towards providing support.

It will be an act of urgency delivered with a big heart. The Times Network initiative aims at creating awareness and launching a donation drive to contribute to the relief efforts in Kerala.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Times Network in association with Times Foundation, the business verticals of the Times of India group (collectively referred to as ‘Times’) have initiated this relief and support campaign to collect donations by way of cheque and online transfer (Campaign) for the flood victims of Kerala floods
  • By donating for this Campaign, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to these terms of use. You agree that you are voluntarily making these donations for the Campaign. These terms apply to your Donations for this Campaign on this site and Times Television channels.
  • All donations will get 50% tax benefit of the donation amount under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. The section 80G tax certificate and donation receipts are subject to realisation of the cheque/receipt of your online transfer by Times Foundation and other information and details sought by Times. Times will transfer all the donation monies received from you to the Kerala Chief Minister’s Distress Relief fund.
  • There is no charges levied by Times for the donations in any manner. However some banks may levy the netbanking transaction charges, which may vary from bank to bank.
  • Times is collecting donations through this Campaign only for the Kerala flood victims in the manner as stated on this site or Times television channels and not through any other manner, mode or source.
